Title: The List
Author: Chantal Fernando
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: May 15, 2017
On a random night out with her girlfriends, Taye experiences something she hasn’t before.
Between vodkas and dance moves she probably shouldn’t be doing in public, never mind on a podium, she meets him.
She’s never had a one night stand before, and to have one is on her list of things to experience in her life.
Not only that, but the chemistry is off the charts.
She’s going home with this man, and she’s not going to regret it when she leaves him in the morning.
Or at least that’s what she thinks.
This was supposed to only be one night of fun and to be wild, but what happens when it doesn't? This was really unexpected type of book from this author. I have read only two of her series that she has written. This took me by surprise in the best way possible. It's funny, witty, but also can get deep in the feels. Both the female and male heroine are edgy no BS type of people that are honest with one another that is what I liked the most. That they always spoke the truth to one another regardless if it hurt them or not because that is how it should be. This book spoke to me on a level that it made me a bit emotional. Believe it or not it gave me hope that made this could happen for someone else, I mean it is loosely based on a real story. The author did an awesome job writing this book it's nice to see something different that she still kills it.
